A. The sale will take place Wednesday, March 29 through Saturday, April 1, 2017 in the FBConcord Family Life Center and Student Building Gymnasiums.

Q. What are the DATES and TIMES of the Fall Consignment Sale?

A. Wednesday, March 29 - Traditional Drop Off - 6:30pm-9:00pm

     Thursday, March 30 - Drive thru Drop off - 8:30am-2:00pm

                                      Participant's Sale - 6:30pm-8:30pm

     Friday, March 31 - Public Sale - 9:00am-5:00pm

     Saturday, April 1 - Half-price sale open to consignors - 8:00am-9:00am

                                     Half-price sale open to the public - 9:00am-1:00pm

                                     Consignors 1-250 Pickup unsold items - 3:30pm-4:00pm

                                     Consignors 251 and up Pick up unsold items - 4:00pm-4:30pm

Q. When will DROP OFF take place?

A. Wednesday evening, March 29, from 6:30pm until 9:00pm will be traditional drop off and Thursday, March 30, from 8:30am until 2:00pm will be drive through drop off.  You can sign up for a drop off appointment after you register online for the sale.  Click HERE to sign up for a drop off appointment.

Q. When can I PICK UP my unsold items?

A. You can pick up any unsold items and items that were not accepted on Saturday, April 1, from 3:30pm - 4:30pm.  If your consignor number is between 1 and 250, please pickup between 3:30pm - 4:00pm.  If your consignor number is 251 or higher, please pickup between 4:00pm - 4:30pm.

Q. When does ONLINE REGISTRATION take place?

A. Registration begins at 10pm on Friday, February 17 and continues through Sunday, March 26 at midnight.  Click HERE to register as a consignor for our sale.

Q. When can I place and print BAR CODE LABEL ORDERS?

A. Bar code ordering begins on Friday, February 17 at 10pm and continues through drop off.  You order barcodes by clicking on the Bar Code Ordering link on the Registration Links page of our website.  You will need to have Adobe Reader on your computer as the barcode labels will come to you as a .PDF file that you can print on your own printer.  You can download Adobe Reader for free at  You will need Avery 5160 labels that you can purchase anywhere office supplies are sold.

Q. How do I register for the sale?

A. Log onto our WEBSITE at and use the REGISTRATION LINKS to register online beginning at 10pm Friday, February 17.
