Q. When and where will the Consignment Sale take place?

A. The sale will take place Thursday, March 26 through Saturday, March 28 in the FBConcord Family Life Center and Student Building Gymnasiums.

Q. What are the DATES and TIMES of the Fall Consignment Sale?

A. Wednesday, March 25 - Traditional Drop Off - 6:30 pm-9 pm

     Thursday, March 26 - Drive thru Drop off - 8:30 am-12 pm

                                            Participant's Sale - 5 pm-9 pm

                                            2 Hour Public Preview Sale - 7 pm-9 pm

     Friday, March 27 - Public Sale - 9 am-5 pm

     Saturday, March 28  - Half-price sale open to consignors - 8:30 am-9 am

                                           Half-price sale open to the public - 9 am-1 pm

                                           Consignors 1-250 Pickup unsold items - 3:30 pm-4 pm

                                           Consignors 251 and up Pick up unsold items - 4 pm-4:30 pm

Q. When will DROP OFF take place?

A. Wednesday evening, March 25, from 6:30 pm until 9 pm will be traditional drop off and Thursday, March 26, from 8:30 am until 12 pm will be drive through drop off.  You can sign up for a drop off appointment after you register online for the sale.  Click HERE to sign up for a drop off appointment.

Q. When can I PICK UP my unsold items?

A. You can pick up any unsold items and items that were not accepted on Saturday, March 28 from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm.  If your consignor number is between 1 and 250, please pickup between 3:30 pm - 4 pm.  If your consignor number is 251 or higher, please pickup between 4 pm - 4:30 pm.

Q. When does ONLINE REGISTRATION take place?

A. Registration begins at 10 pm on Friday, February 7 and continues through Sunday, March 22 at midnight.  Click HERE to register as a consignor for our sale.  (How to Register Online)

Q. When can I place and print BAR CODE LABEL ORDERS?

A. Bar code ordering begins on Friday, February 7 at 10 pm and continues through drop off.  You order barcodes by clicking on the Bar Code Ordering link on the Registration Links page of our website.  You will need to have Adobe Reader on your computer as the barcode labels will come to you as a .PDF file that you can print on your own printer.  You can download Adobe Reader for free at  You will need Avery 5160 labels (or compatible) that you can purchase anywhere office supplies are sold.  Please do not use refillable ink jet cartridges for printing barcode labels as they will not scan.  (How to order barcode labels)

Q. How do I register for the sale?

A. Log onto our WEBSITE at and use the REGISTRATION LINKS to register online beginning at 10 pm Friday, February 7.
